My background in community mental health, social activism, and the service industry informs the work I do. Incorporating Western sciences with Eastern practices, bringing intention, empathy, and direction to every session. Real talk combined with really caring.

I decided to become a therapist in 2016, when national events compelled me to pursue work helping survivors of sexual assault, abusive relationships, child abuse, and other forms of cruelty and violence. I pledged to do my small part to combat the systemic and personal injustices we endure, and I’m grateful for my clients who have let me in and trusted me with their stories.

I remain committed to always having sliding scale spots in my practice for those who cannot afford market rates for therapy, and to working with clients from all backgrounds, cultural identities, and lived experiences.

Allied with the queer community, sex positive, welcoming of all relationships, and dedicated to multicultural inclusivity and upholding intersectional feminist values.
