Offering individual therapy for adults, hosted virtually over HIPAA-compliant video software. Available to all residents of Washington State, as well as all states participating in the Counseling Compact.

Walk & Talk Therapy
$210 | 55-minute session
“Walk-and-talk” therapy combines traditional talk therapy with somatic work, highlighting the benefits of mindfulness, movement, and being outside.
