Weekly Guided Meditations

Starting January 26, I will be offering weekly guided meditations via Zoom. Tuesdays at 5:30 pm pacific | 8:30 pm eastern.

Cope with a community via 30-minute meditations hosted virtually. Including affirmations for positivity, hope, and self-love. No experience necessary. Meditations are free, with $10 suggested donations welcome but not required.

My intention is to build a community around growth, hope, strength, and well-being during these challenging, often isolating times. Meditations will include breath work, grounding exercises, body scans, and affirmations. No commitment necessary, just show up when you can, receptive and willing to breathe and relax. Namaste.
